The TANC Executive Committee was created to provide overall management of TANC activities and to facilitate communication between TANC Members. Current Executive Committee membership includes the TANC Chairman, four Vice Chairs and one person serving as Vice Chair and Secretary. Executive Committee members are elected on an annual basis.

The Audit/Budget Committee performs vital services concerning day-to-day activities for TANC. The Committee reviews monthly reports highlighting the financial performance of the Agency. In addition, the Committee prepares the annual budget as well as assists in annual audit. Committee members participate in regular scheduled meetings and provide direction to TANC staff in the preparation of reports, resolutions and other documents for TANC Commission review.

Engineering & Operations Committee |

The TANC Engineering & Operations Committee representatives review the operations and maintenance activities on TANC owned high-voltage electrical facilities including the California-Oregon Transmission Project. In addition, they provide technical oversight of procurement activities for supplies and services needed for the TANC transmission system and provide recommendations to the TANC Commission on contracts to provide needed services to TANC.
