TANC, as the Project Manager for the COTP, is soliciting proposals for the abatement of approximately 250 hazard trees located outside of the COTP right of way. The trees represent ongoing fall-in threats to COTP equipment and facilities. They are located on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest east of McCloud, CA. The mandatory pre-proposal field tour of the types of access, terrain, and felling and slash treatment considerations will be conducted on September 7, 2021, beginning at the McCloud Ranger Station. Proposals are due September 24, 2021.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides instructions to contractors for submitting proposals and establishes terms and conditions under which TANC will contract for such services.
